2026 ICIAD Award Digital Badge Usage Guidelines

Congratulations on receiving a 2026 International Cultural Innovation Art and Design Award (ICIAD Award)! You may use the digital badge corresponding to your award to showcase and promote your achievement.
1. Select the Correct Badge
Please download and use the badge that matches the award stated on your certificate:
- GOLD AWARD
- SILVER AWARD
- BRONZE AWARD
- EXCELLENCE AWARD
The award designation and year shown on the badge must match your certificate. Do not use a badge for a different award level or year.

2. Permitted Uses
The badge may be used in materials presenting or promoting your award-winning achievement, including:
- Résumés, portfolios, and academic or professional profiles;
- Personal or team websites and pages featuring the awarded work;
- Social media profiles, award announcements, and promotional graphics;
- Exhibition displays, presentations, and related printed materials.
Where appropriate, include the title of the awarded work, the recipient or team name, and the award designation so that the achievement is clearly and accurately identified.
3. File Specifications
Each badge is supplied as a 3000 × 3000-pixel PNG file. The area outside the badge is transparent; the white area inside the badge is part of the design.
Use the original downloaded file whenever possible. Avoid screenshots or repeatedly compressed copies. When placing the badge on another background, ensure that its outline, lettering, and award details remain clearly visible.
4. Layout and Visual Requirements
- Resize proportionally. Keep the entire badge visible without stretching, distortion, or cropping.
- Preserve the original logo, wording, year, colors, and graphic elements.
- Do not obscure the badge or overlay text, images, or other logos within it.
- Leave sufficient clear space around the badge.
- Ensure that the award designation and year remain legible when the badge is reduced in size.
5. Accurate Representation
The badge represents the specific award and year shown. It must not be used to imply that an unawarded work, another individual, or another team received the award. It must not imply that the award organizer certifies or endorses all of the recipient’s works, products, or services.
The digital badge is a visual representation of the achievement and does not replace the award certificate. The certificate remains the reference for the recipient’s award details.
